UH UK is working to create more personal services closer to patient’s homes and to strengthen primary care. This is particularly true in deprived areas where primary care is often at its weakest.

Our capabilities

UH UK employs GPs, nurses and primary care managers who are recognised innovators in the delivery of primary care.

Our services

UH UK can take over the management of existing practices or develop new ones. Greatest improvements can come form “hub and spoke” models that combine the benefits of continuing personal care very close to patients homes with access to a wide range of preventive, diagnostic, treatment, palliative and rehabilitation services.
